My wife & myself have had multiple dealings with real estate agents in New York, South Carolina and Florida. We have bought and sold numerous residential and commercial properties, including a restaurant, bar in upstate New York.
Our latest involvement was with a real estate agent, Sandy Knapp , of Sellstate, who greatly assisted in the procuring of our new home in Fort Myers, Florida. Without a doubt, this was the most pleasant and professional experience.
My wife and myself do not have alot of free time, so we did not want to be bothered seeing properties that did not meet our requirements. Sandy did her homework and only showed us properties that were in our perimeters. Sandy was just amazing. We were one of her first clients, and she excelled far above all our prior agents. Sandy is educated and helpful. Whenever we decide to do another real estate transaction, there is only one real estate agent we will go to and that is Sandy Knapp.
PS: Our first Christmas in our new home, Sandy delivered the most beautiful wreath for our front door. No other agent has ever done anything like that before for us. Sandy is truly a very unique person.
